- Standard Cabinet Size
Start from 1000 mm, 1200 and 1500 mm. width.
Other sizes also available upon customer requested. - Tungsten Carbide Nozzle
The straight bore nozzle are designed for use in pressure blasting cabinet.
Blast nozzles are manufactured from a boron carbide inner liner and an aluminium outer sleeve. - Blasting Pot
The 50 liters blasting pot is suitable for all standard type. - Cyclone
Cyclone unit is designed at the top of blasting pot based on the gravity and drop-in level theory
Inside cyclone body ,media and dust are separated by mass.
The heavier particles stay to the outside, traveling in a spiraling motion down the cone of the cyclone to a media hopper, while the lighter dust is suspended in the extraction zone at the center, from which it’s ducted to the dust collector. - Dust Collector
The dust collector system ensures that only clean and dust free air is discharged to the atmosphere.
